YVETTE WEBB serves as the Chief Administration Officer of F.I.C.A. the Financial Institutional Change Agency. She is responsible for establishing and presenting strategies and assisting in all aspects of business development activities.
For more than 20 years, Yvette has been engaged in Project and Program Management, Business Optimization, Quality Management Consultation and Continuous Improvement Leadership. She has effectively led cross functional teams through re-engineering, optimization and transformation of business and technical systems and platforms focusing on achieving high level strategies and initiatives for operational excellence within organizations. She has consulted and led initiatives across a diverse sector of industries to include energy, transportation, defense, medical device, pharmaceutical, consumer goods, government and industrial manufacturing.
Yvette is a graduate of Tuskegee University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. She holds professional certifications in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Project and Program Management, Agile and Scrum, Quality and Risk Management.
She currently serves as VP of Engagement for son’s school where she created and structured an Outreach Task Force to increase parent and community involvement. In this role, she is engaged with helping the school’s leadership execute and achieve their strategic visions for fundraising, physical expansions and educational initiatives that are preparing students for the Fourth Industrial Revolution of genetics, artificial intelligence, robotics, nanotechnology and many more.
Yvette’s diverse background also includes entrepreneurial experience. During the early 2000’s, she successfully launched an entrepreneurial venture capitalizing on the growing urban streetwear industry. By building brand awareness through innovative marketing strategies and retail establishments, she secured distribution contracts with major retailers throughout the US. Through a lucrative partnership with the largest African-American apparel manufacturer in the southeast, she was able to establish an optimized order fulfillment system that enhanced just-in-time supply chain strategy of the company.
Yvette’s blend of executive acumen combined with her tactical and operational experience ensures that she is always delivering maximum value to clients and customers. She continues to innovate, systematically thinking of creative methods to solve and eliminate issues to corporate success.
