Felicia English is a Business Process Improvement Leader with over 20 years of experience in problem resolution and designing innovative solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Felicia has extensive practical expertise in business process optimization, continuous improvement and change management, through which she designed and implemented business solutions at the corporate, divisional, North American and global operating levels for major corporations.

As a visionary leader, Felicia has held several people-management roles; responsible for executing major strategic business, operations, processes, people and customer excellence programs and initiatives. Serving as Senior Process & Projects Manager, Diversity Manager as well as Supply Chain & Lean Six Sigma Projects Manager, she has interfaced directly with customers, vendors, and suppliers to focus on process improvement and cost optimization controls. She is also a veteran; having completed a 13-year career in the U.S. Army, where she worked as an intelligence and communications specialist.

Felicia is a candidate for a Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership, and holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. She is a Microsoft Technology Specialist professional with certifications in Human Resources, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and Management & Leadership.

Felicia is currently a member of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT), National Association for Multi-ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC), US Business Leadership Network (USBLN), and the Atlanta Diversity Management Advocacy Group (ADMAG). Felicia serves in various leadership capacities and is involved in numerous local community service organizations.
